    To prepare for a virtual Reiki session, find a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax without distractions at the agreed time. Remove any stone or metal jewelry and accessories. Simply come as you are—there’s no need to worry about clearing your mind completely; just focus on being present and open to the experience.

  • What would i feel during the session?

    Each person's experience during a Reiki session is unique. Some may feel gentle sensations in their body, such as warmth or tingling, while others may become so relaxed that they drift off to sleep. No matter how you experience it, Reiki is always working as it’s meant to.

  • What can i expect to feel after a session?

    The effects of a Reiki session can vary from person to person, depending on their individual needs. Some people may feel a deep sense of calm or gain greater mental clarity, while others might experience a boost in energy. These effects can manifest immediately after the session or gradually over the following days or weeks.
